Yoga & Sound retreat
Join us for this 5 days Journey into awakening. We will support you with invigorating Yoga Flow sessions and Restorative Yoga to cast away the lethargy of the winter months and awaken to spring energy.
The healing sound of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls will be supportive of the purifying process and allow the body and the mind to go in deeper states of relaxation that allow opening and rejuvenation.

SOUND BATHS WITH ALCHEMY CRYSTAL BOWLSâ„¢
Joya will lead Sound Baths and Meditations. A Sound Bath is an experience of immersion in sound. The vibrations move through our tissues, our bones, our organs allowing us to bring back fluidity in our body, thus participating to regenerate us to the deepest of our cells and to find our natural state of health.

The pure sound of the Alchemy Crystal Bowlsâ„¢ has a unique vibratory quality. These bowls carry the energetic imprints of minerals, metals and noble materials.

YOGA FLOW AND RESTORATIVE YOGA
The Yoga sessions are guided by Michela.
The winter months often bring lethargy in the body and its tissues. Every morning we will start the day with invigorating Yoga Flow sessions and will use breathing Techniques to reawaken the body.
Michela will also guide Restorative yoga sessions, another very useful to unlock the stagnant energy especially from the hips and the back area.

ABOUT OUR VENUE CASA CORVO
Casa Corvo is a stunning eighteenth-century building that used to be a small convent. Later it became the village mayors house and since 2017, after a careful and respectful renovation, is a boutique retreat and yoga center.
There are two adjacent buildings offering occupancy for 13 guests and an extra building just minutes away offering space for 4-5 more guests. The venue includes a spacious dining room and communal spaces, a professional kitchen, yoga shala, finnish sauna, dreamlike courtyard and lush gardens.
Novaggio is a small village nestled in the gentle pre-alpine hills of southern Switzerland, just across the Italian boarder at 650 meters above sea level. Casa Corvo offers enchanting views of the valley and many possible walks in the woods, by the rivers or in the mountains.
The house offers calm and tranquility and has been nurturing yoga practitioners at all levels since 2017. Michela and her husband Mike, who is a professional chef and group caterer, live on the estate year-round.
