"And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul" John Muir
This quote from John Muir sums up the incredible power of forests. Several scientific studies have shown that just a few minutes in the forest calm our nervous system, slow our heart rate, and deepen our breathing.
I am currently leading a retreat at Casa Corvo, which is located right on the edge of the forest. The hiking trail starts just a minute away from the house and is an experience in every season. Every morning, we immerse ourselves in the sounds, light, and moist air of the forest.
All my retreats in Ticino are close to the forest and its regenerating powers. In addition to yoga, meditation, and sound, I find that being close to nature is essential for regenerating, balancing, and strengthening ourselves.

45-hour Yin Teacher Training
Casa Corvo - 2026
For enthusiastic practitioners or teachers who want to deepen the meditative and Yin aspects of the practice. In 45 hours, we will practice Yin and Yang, talk about meridians and fascia, examine Yin postures and learn how to put together beneficial Yin sequences.
