RETREATS & TRAININGS (EN, IT & DE)

WELCOME!

We are a small and indipendent business putting a lot of effort in creating unique and individual experiences, both for retreats and Teacher Trainings (TT). We believe in kidness and respect and we highly value our guests, partners and co-workers. In order to keep up the good work, we kindly ask you to read the following policies before you book our retreats or TTs. Please write us if you have any questions.

REGISTRATION & RESERVATION DEPOSIT

To register to the event, please use the online form. Once you registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 14 days. To formally book your space for a Retreat or a TT we require a deposit of 300-500CHF/EUR. Your space in the Retreat/TT is definitely booked only once the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and counts towards your final payment

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS AND REST PAYMENTS

Prices are either in Swiss francs (CHF) or Euro (EUR). Payments can be done via IBAN (Swiss account) or with Credit Card. Please contact us if you need assistance.

We will send you an invoice/reminder for the rest of your payment.
Retreats: 2 months before the event
Teacher Trainings: 1 month before the start. If you wish to pay installments, please let us know.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation from our side
In case we need to cancel an event (injury/sickness of the teacher, force majeure, natural disaster, etc.) all payments done up to that point will be refunded.


Cancellation by our guests
If for any reason you can not partecipate to the retreat/TT please let us know as soon as possible per e-mail. Following policies apply
 

RETREAT
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the event of the trip/retrat: deposit is due.
- Cancellation 60 to 31 days before the start of the trip/retreat: 50% of the agreed price.
- Cancellation 30 to 0 days before the start of the trip/retreat: 100% of the agreed price.


TEACHER TRAINING
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the TT, 50% of the agreed price.
- Cancellation 29 to 0 days before the start of the TT: 100% of the agreed price.

INSURANCE

Life can sometimes be unpredictable and things can change. For your peace of mind, we strongly reccommend a cancellation insurance that covers unexpected illnesses or injuries, natural disasters, or other unexpected events that may prevent you from being able to attend the retreat/TT. A travel insurance costs approximately 130chf per year or you can also purchase an insurance that covers a single event (40-50 chf).

LIABILITY

The participation to Retreats / Teacher Trainings and other activities offered by Michela Yoga is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants understand that they are solely responsible for their health and safety and that they will not hold the retreat / Teacher Training / Yoga activities leaders responsible for any losses, injuries or illnesses that may occur. Participants are responsible for having a valid health and accident insurance at the moment of the event.

Siamo una piccola azienda indipendente che si impegna molto per creare esperienze uniche e individuali, sia per i ritiri che per i corsi di formazione e formazione continua (TT). Crediamo nella serietà e nel rispetto e valorizziamo molto i nostri clienti, partner e collaboratori. Per assicurare il nostro impegno e lavoro, ti chiediamo gentilmente di leggere le seguenti condizioni prima di prenotare i nostri ritiri o TT. Per favore, scriveteci se avete domande.

ISCRIZIONI & CAPARRA DI PARTECIPAZIONE

Per iscriversi all'evento, utilizzare il modulo online. Una volta effettuata la registrazione, sarà inviata un'e-mail di conferma entro 14 giorni. Per prenotare formalmente il tuo spazio per un Ritiro o un TT, richiediamo un deposito di 300-500CHF/EUR. Il tuo spazio nel Ritiro/TT è definitivamente prenotato solo una volta versata la caparra. La caparra non è rimborsabile e non è trasferibile e viene conteggiata nel pagamento finale.

PAGAMENTI E FATTURE

I prezzi sono espressi in franchi svizzeri (CHF) o in euro (EUR). I pagamenti possono essere effettuati tramite IBAN (conto svizzero) o carta di credito. Contattateci se avete bisogno di assistenza.

Vi invieremo una fattura/un promemoria per il resto del pagamento.
Ritiri: 2 mesi prima dell'evento
Teacher Training: 1 mese prima dell'inizio. Se desiderate pagare a rate, vi preghiamo di comunicarcelo.

COSA SUCCEDE IN CASO DI CANCELLAZIONE

Cancellazione da parte nostra
Nel caso in cui dovessimo annullare un evento (infortunio/malattia dell'insegnante, forza maggiore, calamità naturale, ecc.) tutti i pagamenti effettuati fino a quel momento saranno rimborsati.

Cancellazione da parte dei nostri clienti
Se per qualsiasi motivo non puoi partecipare al ritiro/TT, ti preghiamo di comunicarcelo il prima possibile via e-mail. Si applicano le seguenti politiche

RITIRO
- Cancellazioni scritte fino a 60 giorni prima dell'inizio del viaggio/ritiro: è dovuta la caparra.
- Cancellazioni scritte da 60 a 31 giorni prima dell'inizio del viaggio/ritiro: 50% del prezzo concordato.
- Cancellazioni scritte da 30 a 0 giorni prima dell'inizio del viaggio/ritiro: 100% del prezzo concordato.


TEACHER TRAINING
- Cancellazioni scritte fino a 30 giorni prima dell'inizio del TT: 50% del prezzo concordato.
- Cancellazioni scritte da 29 a 0 giorni prima dell'inizio del TT: 100% del prezzo concordato.

ASSICURAZIONE

La vita a volte è imprevedibile e le cose possono cambiare. Per la tua tranquillità, ti consigliamo vivamente di stipulare un'assicurazione di annullamento che copra malattie o infortuni imprevisti, disastri naturali o altri eventi inaspettati che potrebbero impedirvi di partecipare al ritiro/TT. Un'assicurazione di viaggio costa circa 130CHF all'anno o potete anche acquistare un'assicurazione che copra un singolo evento (40-50CHF).

ESCLUSIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ

La partecipazione ai ritiri/corsi di formazione per insegnanti TT e ad altre attività offerte da Michela Yoga è volontaria e a proprio rischio. I partecipanti comprendono di essere gli unici responsabili della propria salute e sicurezza e che non riterranno i responsabili del ritiro/TT/attività yoga responsabili di eventuali perdite, lesioni o malattie che potrebbero verificarsi. I partecipanti sono tenuti a disporre di un'assicurazione malattia e contro gli infortuni valida al momento dell'evento.

Wir sind ein kleines, unabhängiges Unternehmen, das sich mit viel Engagement darum bemüht, einzigartige und individuelle Erlebnisse zu schaffen, sowohl für Retreats als auch für Ausbildungen (TT). Wir glauben an Freundlichkeit und Respekt und schätzen unsere Gäste, Partner und Mitarbeiter sehr. Um unsere gute Arbeit fortsetzen zu können, bitten wir dich, die folgenden Richtlinien zu lesen, bevor du unsere Retreats oder TTs buchst. Bei Fragen schreibe uns bitte.

ANMELDUNG & ANZAHLUNG

Um dich für die Veranstaltung anzumelden, benutze bitte das Online-Formular. Nach der Anmeldung erhältst du innerhalb von 14 Tagen eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Um deinen Platz für ein Retreat oder ein TT offiziell zu reservieren, benötigen wir eine Anzahlung von 300-500 CHF/EUR. Dein Platz im Retreat/TT ist erst nach Zahlung der Anzahlung definitiv reserviert. Die Anzahlung ist nicht erstattungsfähig und nicht übertragbar und wird auf deine Restzahlung angerechnet

ZAHLUNGEN UND RESTZAHLUNGEN

Die Preise sind entweder in Schweizer Franken (CHF) oder Euro (EUR) angegeben. Zahlungen können per IBAN (Schweizer Konto) oder mit TWINT erfolgen. Bitte kontakiere uns, wenn du Hilfe benötigst.

Wir senden dir eine Rechnung/Erinnerung für den Restbetrag deiner Zahlung.

Retreats: 1.5 - 2 Monate vor der Veranstaltung

Lehrerausbildungen: 1 Monat vor Beginn. Wenn du in Raten zahlen möchtest, teile uns dies bitte mit.

WAS PASSIERT IM FALLE EINER STORNIERUNG

Stornierung unsererseits

Falls wir eine Veranstaltung absagen müssen (Verletzung/Krankheit des Lehrers, höhere Gewalt, Naturkatastrophe usw.), werden alle bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt geleisteten Zahlungen zurückerstattet.

Stornierung durch unsere Gäste

Wenn du aus irgendeinem Grund nicht am Retreat/TT teilnehmen kannst, teile uns dies bitte so schnell wie möglich per E-Mail mit. Es gelten die folgenden Richtlinien

RETREAT

- Stornierung bis zu 60 Tage vor Beginn der Reise/des Retreats: Die Anzahlung ist fällig.

- Stornierung 60 bis 31 Tage vor Beginn der Reise/des Retreats: 50 % des vereinbarten Preises.

- Stornierung 30 bis 0 Tage vor Beginn der Reise/des Retreats: 100 % des vereinbarten Preises.

TEACHER TRAINING

VERSICHERUNG

Das Leben kann manchmal unvorhersehbar sein und sich Dinge ändern. Zu Deiner Entlastung empfehlen wir Dir dringend den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, die unerwartete Krankheiten oder Verletzungen, Naturkatastrophen oder andere unerwartete Ereignisse abdeckt, die Dich daran hindern könnten, am Retreat/TT teilzunehmen. Eine Reiseversicherung kostet etwa 130 CHF pro Jahr. Du kannst auch eine Versicherung abschließen, die ein einzelnes Ereignis abdeckt (40-50 CHF).

HAFTUNG

Die Teilnahme an Retreats/Lehrerausbildungen und anderen von Michela Yoga angebotenen Aktivitäten ist freiwillig und erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die Teilnehmer verstehen, dass sie allein für ihre Gesundheit und Sicherheit verantwortlich sind und dass sie die Leiter der Retreats/Lehrerausbildungen/Yoga-Aktivitäten nicht für etwaige Verluste, Verletzungen oder Krankheiten haftbar machen können. Die Teilnehmer sind dafür verantwortlich, zum Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung über eine gültige Kranken- und Unfallversicherung zu verfügen.
