What inspires you?
Dear Yogis & Friends,
I am inspired by people who are grounded and centered, whose eyes radiate presence. They are people who walk with their heads high and without haste, yet still arrive where they need to go. In reality, however, we live in a world shaped by speed and fleeting, superficial values. When we feel inspired, it is because we have managed to slow down or take the time to enjoy seemingly simple and perhaps mundane things. Practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and breathing bring us closer to such a state.
Over the past few days, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’d like to help create mindfulness and a slower pace for all of us, myself included. I’ve decided to tweak my course slightly and offer more retreats and study weekends. We all have so much to do already, and the pressure just keeps building! I see my offerings at Casa Corvo as a safe haven where you can dock, simply be, recharge, and slow down!
I love sharing my knowledge and want to use every possible means to do so. That’s why I’ve developed a 100-hour training program for anyone who simply wants to dive deeper into yoga without necessarily wanting to teach it. I’m totally excited about this format, which fits perfectly with my path. Plus, in 2027 there will be three yoga weeks where we’ll really have time to find peace and recharge our batteries.
I always look forward to hearing from you
